Delicious, and interesting dishes. They manage to make hardy vegan food very well, which was the most pleasant surprise. The cocktails are artfully crafted, well balanced and flavorful. Service is efficient and courteous. The dining room is clean and pretty. Some outdoor seating, and the front wall opens up completely to let fresh air in. I love visiting here.
Plum Bistro was so good. Huge portions, fresh food and everything tasted so good I forgot it was vegan! Drinks are excellent as well. It’s a really cute place, it’s in some type of mall with lots of other restaurants and shops attached if you go down the stairs. Wait staff is super attentive and nice. Filled up at 7 on a weekday. The water has cucumber and orange in it, so refreshing! My friend got the eggplant parm and liked it a lot. We got the oyster mushroom calamari lettuce wraps to share. It did taste like calamari!! And there were so many it filled us up. Could have shared with 4 people, we were only two. My burger was good as well it’s a blend of impossible burger and their homemade bean burger. The fries were excellent, I scarfed them down. We got two desserts, the cheesecake was my favorite. It was very big. We also had the Apple pie with ice cream. The Apple pie was very buttery and rich. I was so full when we left. Prices are affordable. If I’m in Seattle again I would definitely come back. A must for all vegans!!
I LOVE this place. Staff is always friendly and excited to serve you. The whole menu is vegan and they accommodate dietary restrictions. Their specialty drinks are superb! The food taste amazing and have yet to have a bad experience. I would definitely recommend to those wanting to try something new and fancy. The atmosphere is very modern and feels like you’re in Seattle. I love it.
Great experience if you want to dig into the vegan gastronomy. Lots of options. Either individual or to share with friends and family. During the week you can grab a table easily but do recommend to book in advance for the weekend. The crew is super nice! Don’t forget to try any of the drinks. Always my go to in Cap hill
So so good. As an omnivore and aspiring vegetarian, I would go as far as becoming vegan if I could eat like this. Great dishes, presented beautifully. I was so impressed by the loaded nachos and crispy Korean tofu. The lettuce wrap will be my order next time. Service was super friendly and quick. Ed took very good care of our table. The restaurant was small and a bit crowded (for good reason) but had a lovely modern vibe. For all my meat eaters out there, I highly recommend!
A Vegan Paradise with Stellar Service Plum Bistro is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable Freddy. His enthusiasm for the menu and passion for vegan cuisine were infectious. We started with the mouthwatering buffalo portobello mushrooms, followed by the delectable oyster mushroom lettuce wraps - both were flavor explosions! My husband enjoyed a hearty lentil soup, but the star of the show was undoubtedly the plant-based carne asada. It was hands-down the best vegan meat alternative I've ever tasted. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the service is top-notch. If you're looking for a fantastic vegan dining experience, Plum Bistro is a must-try.
Whatever you do, don’t miss brunch here - this place is simply the best. Five-star vegan food and wonderful service. We’ve been eating here for years. Plum catered our wedding, that’s how much we absolutely just love this place. Driving over and getting lucky enough to have Edy as our server makes for a perfect way to spend a Saturday for this vegan family! Get the Plum Slam, you won’t regret it!
Another good Vegan spot in Seattle. Capitol Hill needed one good vegan spot and this totally does it. The food is really good. I tried Red Lentil soup. The quantity was a little underwhelming but the flavours were outstanding. The Burger was good too. Comes with fries and they can make it gluten free. As for the dessert I tried their cheesecake. To be honest I liked it better than the cheese cake factory ones. Overall no complaints on food or ambience. However they definitely felt understaffed. I think they can use one more person. They forgot our dessert and had to remind them again. Also had to wait for a good time for anyone to pay attention to get us the cheque. The place for sure gets busy on the weekends so having a few extra pairs of hands with their staff is going to help.
